Advocacy Story Board

I hereby authorize Young People in Recovery (“YPR”) to publish the content, including photographs, videos, text, and names, submitted by me for use in YPR’s printed publications, website, and other media platforms. This consent applies to both myself and any minor children for whom I am the parent or legal guardian.
I release Young People in Recovery from any expectation of confidentiality for myself and any minor children included in the submitted content, and I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of any minor children involved and have the authority to authorize YPR to use their content and names.

I acknowledge that participation in publications, websites, and media platforms produced by Young People in Recovery is voluntary and neither myself, any minor children, nor any other individuals featured in the submitted content will receive financial compensation.

I further agree that participation in any publication, website, or media platform produced by Young People in Recovery confers no rights of ownership whatsoever. I release Young People in Recovery, its officers, trustees, and employees from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation or the participation of any minor children or other individuals featured in the submitted content.
