‘A Night of Self-Care’ Pro-Social Event, YPR-Portland, ME

YPR chapters regularly host fun pro-social events that are open to everyone in the community, but specifically people in recovery and their allies as one of our core activities.

Join YPR-Portland for a night of self-care on Friday, March 31 from 7pm-9pm at PRCC. We will be taking time to slow down, reflect, and connect with an evening featuring yoga, sound healing, meditation, and journaling. As always, all are welcome.
