Job Skills Workshop, YPR-Arapahoe County, CO

YPR Chapters host workshops that are free and open to all members of the community. These workshops are based on either teaching and exhibiting tangible skills, or creating a stronger understanding of a certain topic.

YPR employment workshop is intended to give individuals the tools they need to assist with getting an interview and turning in a cover letter and resume. This job skills class is open to accommodate everyone who attends. The groups needs are placed first and are forever changing based on the individuals who attend and their current job situation. Overall, the peer to peer interaction is most important for one’s job search and is supportive of one’s recovery in the community building that takes place.
