Eastern Kentucky Concentrated Employment Program
The Eastern Kentucky Concentrated Employment Program (EKCEP) is one of only three remaining Concentrated Employment Programs (CEPs) in the nation — a designation earned by combining a full slate of federally-funded employment and training programs under a single, locally-governed board with decades of on-the-ground service and a documented performance track record.
