You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it to harass, harm, or infringe the rights of others.
Not Medical or Emergency Advice
YPR provides peer recovery support, community, and educational resources. Content on the Site is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical, clinical, or legal advice. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call 911 or the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline immediately.
Donations
YPR is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (Tax ID 46-4109067). Donations are voluntary and, to the extent permitted by law, tax-deductible. Donations are generally non-refundable; if you believe a donation was made in error, contact us and we will work with you in good faith.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its contentāincluding text, graphics, logos, and curricula such as the EPIC programsāare owned by or licensed to YPR and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission. YPR life-skills curricula are available for licensing on a fee-for-service basis.
Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites and services, including RecoveryEdX and payment processors. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
User Submissions
If you submit content to us (such as a story, application, or message), you grant YPR a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in connection with our mission, and you represent that you have the right to share it.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
