If You See the Gap,
Build the Solution.
Community Recovery Lab provides structured project funding for people ready to turn real recovery-focused ideas into measurable community impact.
Applications closed for the 2026 cohortYou're the One Who Sees It.
You've walked into a meeting, a treatment center, a community, and thought: “Someone should fix this.”
You've seen the gap between what exists and what young people in recovery actually need. This program exists for you—the person ready to stop waiting and start building.
The Problem Isn't Passion.
It's Pathway.
Most strong ideas never move forward. Not because they're bad—because there's no structure behind them. No pathway from “someone should” to something real.
Community Recovery Lab fixes the pathway problem. It turns an idea into structured action—with funding, accountability, and support tied to real outcomes.
- Structured FundingNot prize money—restricted program grants tied to approved budgets
- Real SupportMentorship and accountability from lived-experience leaders
- Measurable ImpactMilestone tracking and reporting—professional and defensible
